Lady Queen Stamping Plates: Crown Dappled Floral Pattern Manicure Template Lace Series BC3, and Cube Rectangle Circle Pentagram Nail Art Stamp Image Plate hehe003

Good evening!  I'm just sitting here nursing aches and pains from last nights soccer game, feeling stuffed from dinner, waiting for my cookies to finish baking. I'm also trying to get caught up on a few posts to share with you so I wanted to share one now.  This one features some stamping plates from Lady Queen, a one stop shop for all your nail art needs!  I've only stamped a handful of times in the 4 years I've been blogging and am still not so confident with it, so please know that my stamping skills are not up to par with some of the other fabulous nail bloggers out there.  But I will say that both of these plates were easy to use and the only problems I had were due to my inexperience with stamping.  Lady Queen has worldwide shipping and you can save 15% with my code GCLC15.  Before we jump in here are the links; Crown Dappled Floral Pattern Manicure Template Lace Series BC3, and Cube Rectangle Circle Pentagram Nail Art Stamp Image Plate hehe003.  So now let's take a look at the plates!

Lady Queen Plaid Water Decals

Top o' the morning to ya!  So I have a lot of nail art supplies, most of which don't get used because I am intimidated by nail art.  I shouldn't be because most of them are so very easy to use.  Case in point are these adorable plaid water slides from Lady Queen!  It really doesn't get any easier than soaking these sheets in water and applying them to your nail.  I've actually had these for a while and they had slipped behind some other items so I'd lost track of them (oops).  But I'm glad I waited to use them because the colors are kind of perfect for the time of the year we are in.  The colors and the pattern are both perfect for Winter and the upcoming Fall.  Thanks for calling it early this year Punxsutawney Phil!  But the bad news is that because these slipped through the cracks I don't see them on the Lady Queen site any more...I did some scouring and found other plaid styles that you could use to easily achieve this look!  The direct link for those plaid decals is HERE.  So without further ramblings let's check out my nail art for dummies (i.e. me).

Lady Queen Colorful Feather Water Decals, #1724

Good morning again dear!  Happy Friday!  Today is my middle little's 7th birthday!  It's just mind blowing how quickly time flies by - my kids aren't babies anymore!  WAH!  Ok let's not get sappy and think about that, let's think about polish. Well in this case it's not polish, but it's another cool water slide decal for you.  This time the decals are from Lady Queen, a brand that sells tons of nail art supplies.  The variety is huge, you can get studs, rhinestones, 3D nail decoration, decals, stamping plates, etc...  So this post shows off some nice feathery water slide decals, they are pretty and whimsical and so easy to use!  And to keep it easy, here's the direct LINK to the product I used!  And don't forget to use the code GCLC15 for 15% off your order!

I only recently started trying out water slide decals and I think they are fabulous!  So easy to use and they can really spruce up a mani!  Simplest way to do nail art too (especially for someone like me - nail art impaired).  I started this mani out with KBShimmer How You Dune? on all my nails.  It's a perfect pastel greige.  I then used Impala Cotton, a mixture of peachy, white and blue bar glitters on my index and pinky nails.  And now the water decals.  I have on the Colorful Feather Water Decals #1724.  Following the directions, I cut the designs out that I wanted, removed the plastic overlay and let the decals soak for about 20 seconds.  The decals slide off the paper backing and using tweezers I placed them on my nails where I wanted them.  It's easy enough to push them around to place them perfectly and they laid flush with my nails, no wrinkles or bubbles.  I finished it all off with a layer of topcoat.  TA-DA!
