Good morning dears! Hope this lovely Saturday morning is treating you well. I had my coffee and poptarts for breakfast. But I am fighting a cold and a shin splint which upsets me because I have a race next Saturday. So I guess I'll be taking it easy today. Which is ok because it gives me time to sit and share this post with you! The CbL Colorado On my Mind collection was released last month and I ended up loving these colors waaaaaay more than I'd expected. I think I need more jellies in my life, they are so pretty and shiny and versatile! This collection is made up of 6 jellies and 1 crelly. They are all available on the Llarowe site for $6 each! That's a great deal! Let's jump into the post and check out these lovely colors.

Pikes Pink is a "bright, almost neon orchid jelly." Love this color! It's so happy and cheerful! I also think it's a great option for summer nails. The jelly formula was perfect and it built up nicely. I used 3 coats and no topcoat.

Garden of the Gods is a beautiful "muted rosy pinkish purple jelly." This is another gorgeous color! I was a fan of the squishy, shiny formula and ease of application. I ended up using 4 coats of this one. No topcoat needed.

Mile High Manicure is the only crelly of the bunch. It's described as a "medium greyed royal blue" shade. The color is fabulous. Formula and application were both great. Very creamy and great coverage in 2 coats. No topcoat needed as it still has a nice shiny finish.

Rocky Mountain High is a "medium turquoise teal jelly." This was the most sheer of all the jellies and that probably made it my least favorite. While I do enjoy a jelly I also want more coverage than this one provided. The color was nice, and the formula was just like the rest, squishy and glossy. I used 4 coats and no topcoat.

Wildflower Fields is a "bright, almost neon blurple jelly." Gorgeous color! The formula was really great, juicy and shiny. It applied perfectly and the coverage was nice. I used 3 coats and no topcoat.

Where the Columbines Grow is a "deep wine orchid jelly." Probably my favorite of the collection because its just so darn pretty! I love deeper colors and this one is going to be amazing for the cooler months as well as sexy date night nails. Plus it makes me thirst for a glass of wine and there ain't nothing wrong with that (even if it's 10:30 am here). Loved the formula and application. I used 3 coats and no topcoat.

Broncos, Baby! is a "bright deep royal navy jelly." FABULOUS! This is my other favorite in the collection. Like I said before, dark colors really speak to me. This jelly is fairly opaque and almost completely covered in 2-3 coats. Great formula and application. No topcoat needed.

I wanted to use the jellies all together to create an art look and this is what I came up with. I started with a silver flakie polish as a base. I then used: Where the Columbines Grow, Rocky Mountain High, Pikes Pink, Broncos, Baby!, Garden of the Gods and Wildflower Fields over the silver flakie. I used the dry brushstroke method, where I wiped most of the excess polish off the brush and then applied it to my nails. I love how the jellies look over the silver flakie. You could also create a look like this using a silver microglitter. I finished this with 1 layer of topcoat.
