I have mentioned it before but I like how the packaging reminds you which items you purchased, it's all clearly labeled. You get a 0.15gram container of the flakes and a sponge tip applicator.

I started with a mermaid shifty base color and waited for the polish to dry a bit.  Then dabbed on the flakes!  Simple as that! And look how amazing these flakes are!  They really showcase the pink and gold shades.  I used topcoat to ensure they stayed in place.
