Good afternoon! It was a gorgeous day here today but after a whole week at the pool we decided to fore go swimming and go out for lunch. And lunch we did! Philly cheese steak sandwiches, cheese fries and milkshake-like boba drinks. Mmmmmm. Now we are chilling in the house, napping, cleaning, watching tv, whatever we all want to do until it's time for soccer practises to start. Overall a nice day! And it gives me time to sit down at a decent hour (not 1am) to type up a post or two. Ahhh, living my best life. So today I have a new Lollipop Posse collection to share with you. And lucky for you, it launches this weekend (7/14). So if you think you are going to lose your mind without one of these, you don't have to wait too long. So these 4 fab polishes are the July Tarot shades. They are available 7/14 at 9pm EDT and are $12 each. Let's jump in!
I usually save my favorite for last but I'm in the mood to change things up so here is The Star, my hands down favorite of the set. The Star is an absolutely stunning matte purple with violet to blue shifting shimmer. It also appears pink in some lighting. I think it's the base + color shift + matte finish that really has me drooling over here. After I finished swatching I went back and put this on, I enjoyed it for a whole week. Formula is a bit sheer/thin, but it builds up well with a few coats. I used 3 and my nail line was almost totally gone. No topcoat used.
Justice is a beautiful olive/chartreuse green crelly with red to green multichrome pigment, autumn colored shifting iridescent flakes and silver holo microflakies. Quite a bit going on, but Karena always makes it work and it's always amazing! She's legit a master blender! No problems with formula or application. Creamy and opaque with 3 coats. Topcoat to finish.

Strength is a royal violet crelly with fine contrasting turquoise shimmer. Love the vibrancy of the colors in this one. It has an almost velvety finish (especially when you see it with matte topcoat). I used 3 thin coats and no topcoat sine it was already so glossy.

And last but not least is The World. This one is a multichrome crelly that shows color shifts of silvery green, bright green, gold, red and blue. It shows off so many lovely colors! I used 3 thin coats for max richness and color payoff. Formula and application were both great. No topcoat used.
