Good afternoon dears! I've got some new Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer to share with you today! This is Side A of the Dad's Mixtape collection. Inspired by classic rock songs that Julie grew up listening to with her dad. Pssst, there will be a Side B coming in December. Side A of Dad's Mixtape Collection will be available as a pre-order today (9/28) at 3:30pm EDT. The pre-order ends on 10/1 at 11:59pm EDT. The fill size bottles will be $8.50 - $12 each, the minis will be $5 - $6. You can get the entire set also; full size is $37.50, mini size is $21, not including shipping. I did some speculating as to which songs inspired the shades so enjoy the links to the songs, whether I was right tor wrong...they're still some good classic rock jams. So let's not waste any more time and jump in to see the swatches!

Macros of 3/4 polishes from the Side A of the Dad's Mixtape Collection. I usually don't take macros of cremes.
Again I'm guessing here but I believe Best Selling Show is inspired by David Bowie's Life On Mars. I also can't help but think of AHS Freak Show when Elsa Mars sand this song. I do miss her on AHS. Sniff sniff. Anywho, Bowie is my boyfriend and I love anything he does. Best Selling Show is a Bright Coral with blue shimmer and blue microflakies. Such a pretteh, juicy coral! Formula and application were nice. It was a little sheer, but 3 coats built up well! I finished with topcoat.
A Love Such As This is a strawberry hot pink with copper shimmer. And I have no idea which song this could possibly be so I won't even try to guess on this one. But I will tell you this shade of pink is perfection! Love the full coverage, jelly-like formula. Application was great too. I used 3 coats for full coverage and topcoat.
Rounding out the collection is Deep Blue Dream. It's a sapphire blue jelly packed with green shimmer, silver ultra holo glitter and silver holo flakes. I *think* this one is inspired by Love Her Madly by The Doors. This color and finish is amazing. It's like gazing into a sparkly blue ocean. Formula and application were both awesome. I used 2 coats for full coverage and topcoat to finish.
