China Glaze; Chic Physique, Spring 2018

Morning!  It's a rainy day here today so I skipped out only morning run and opted to lay around on the couch feeling sorry for myself.  I probably should have just run!  But you don't have to feel any guilt about your workout or lack there of with the brand new Chic Physique collection by China Glaze!  I love the "workout" inspiration for these shades and I have workout clothes to match all the shades in this set.  Chic Physique is a set of 12 new shades meant to compliment your athleisure lifestyle, they are all available now at Ultra and Sally's for $7.50 each.  Aside from the 12 shades there are also 3 Pre-Glued Designer Nail Tips and 2 nail design kits! Bodysuit Yourself is a bright pink with iridescent shimmer.  Oooh weee, this baby is bright and fun!  Great shade for a Spring pick me up and a fantastic transitional color into the Summer.  Nice formula, easy application.  3 thin coats, no topcoat.

Pretty Fit, a perfect dusty rose creme.  Such a pretty shade of pink, it reminds me of the sunbleached colors that were hawt last Summer.  I for one, definitely do not mind having a resurgence of them.  The formula was lovely, smooth and creamy.  Applied nicely.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Athletic Chic is a bright coral creme.  This shade is so my jam.  I love coral so much, it's totally a shade I gravitate towards in the warmer months.  This one seems to have a touch of neon to it making it nice and vibrant!  Great formula and application.  No problems to report.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Pilates Please is a fabulous peach creme!  This shade makes me swoon, it's so gorgeous!  Totally gives off a "peaches and cream" vibe.  Great formula, opaque and creamy.  Perfect application.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Werk It Honey! is a pineapple creme.  Alright y'all, this one makes my mouth water because it is the perfect Dole Pineapple Whip shade of yellow.  Man, I love me a Dole Whip.  This is a gorgeous shade of yellow!  Formula and application were both awesome.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Active Wear, Don't Care is described as a teal creme.  But I'd classify it more as a crelly formula.  Very pretty jade color that applied nicely.  I had full opacity in 3 thin coats.  No topcoat used.

At Your Athleisure is a pale turquoise creme.  This is another completely drool worthy shade! Loving the soft turquoise, perfect shade for Spring and Summer.  No complaints or issues with either the formula or application.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Glamletics is a perfect periwinkle creme with purple shimmer.  Mmmm hmmmm, this one is so pretty!  The shimmer gives it that glowy finish that I adore.  Formula and application were both great.  No problems.  3 thin coats, no topcoat.

Get It Right, Get It Bright is a lavender shade full of shimmery pink iridescent particles.  The shade itself is really lovely but the formula is a bit on the sheer side.  I still only used 3 thin coats to build up the coverage and no topcoat.

Barre Hopping is a nice lilac creme.  I'll admit this is my least favorite shade, it's just ok.  A nice pastel for Easter and Spring, but never a color I am drawn to.  Formula and application were both nice.  3 layers, no topcoat.

Girl on the Glow is a champagne nude shimmer.  This one swings a bit metallic and frosty, thus you will notice some brush strokes.  It is a nice shade to compliment the others or do nail art with.  Formula and apportion were both good.  3 coats, no topcoat.

Last but not least is Low Maintenance.  This is a gorgeous rose quartz creme.  Oooh la la I love this color.  It's very nice and totally current with the hot color trends.  Lots of makeup and athleisure wear are popping up in this neutral shade.  So China Glaze definitely nailed it with this one.  Great formula, great application.  3 thin coats and no topcoat.
