Zoya; Innocence, Spring 2019

Evening friends!  What the whaaaa!  Back to back days of posting?!  Well tonight I have the Zoya Innocence Collection for Spring 2019.  Perfectly pretty shades that capture the Spring vibe.  These Innocence Collection is available now for $10 each or $60 for the set.  I wanted to give you the heads up that my swatch of Agnes will look different from all the others as I had to use different lighting to finish.  They are still color accurate for my skin tone.  Also - there is an Earth Day promo going on! You can pick up to 6 polishes for 50% off, shipping included. This is in exchange for 6 of your unwanted polishes.  As always it's on the honor system.  You can read more about the Earth Day Exchange HERE.

I went from lightest to darkest and started the party off with Agnes.  It's a warm toned muted blush creme.  It had a nice formula, not streaky or chalky.  Applied very nice and even.  I used 2 coats, no topcoat.

*this is where I had to use a different lighting set up*

Birch is a cool toned greyed out lavender.  Another gorgeous creme.  The formula here was a bit touchy - it applied a little uneven.  But it still turned out lovely in just 2 coats.  No topcoat.

Fern, my favorite of the bunch, is a soft sage green with the most subtle shimmer ever.  A bit reminiscent of the hidden shimmer you see in Diors.  The golden-green plays nicely against the murky green base.  Nice formula and application.  2 coats, no topcoat.

Theo is the interesting one of the bunch.  Described as a stormy grey with subtle texture.  Silver shards, black specs and silvery shimmer.  I was the most excited for this one and it was the biggest let down for me.  I just wasn't feeling it at all.  The formula was a bit sheer and pulled at the tops of my nails.  I ended up using 3 coats and no topcoat.  I decided I like it better in the bottle.

Evette is a darker grape toned purple creme.  There's a bit of a berry pink undertone to it.  It's probably one of the prettier purple cremes I've worn recently.  And it was so glossy and smooth!  Great formula and application, nothing to complain about here!  2 coats, no topcoat.

And last is Aire.  This is a perfect dusty, dark cornflower shade.  It has a bit of a denim feel to it IMO.  Nothing better than a great pair of blue jeans - except for a great blue polish! This creme is fabulous - formula and application are stellar.  2 coat, no topcoat needed.
