Good morning! Hope you enjoyed your Monday off, or at least a low key work day. My fam-bam did nothing but laze around the house and hang out. Though we did leave for dinner and enjoyed some live music. So Tuesday is kind of like Monday this week. The kids are back to school today and I'm jumping on the old bloggy blog to share some upcoming products that will be available in the PPU this month! The theme for the month is Magic & Alchemy and I've seen some real beauties with the blogger previews! The Pickups will be open from 9/6 - 9/9. Let's jump in and see what I've got to share.

Our first polish is Dreamland Lacquer, The Wednesday Witch. The inspiration is the cover of The Wednesday Witch book. It's a gorgeous multichrome full of aqua, blue, purple. There's also a touch of holo sparkle! Great formula, easy application. I used 3 thin coats plus topcoat.

Stella Chroma Light My Fire was inspired by Melisandre from Game of Thrones. She is the ultimate sorceress (and not in a good way - hello evil lady). But this polish is all good. It's a gorgeous red polish with gold shimmer and a bit of linear holo. Fabulous formula and application. 2 coats for full coverage and topcoat.

Stella Chroma also has a body care item this month! Her Cinnamon Dolce Latte Coffee Body Polish is AMAZE! And really, there is nothing more magical that mixing coffee grounds with water to make one of the best drinks ever. It's base is the same moisturizing blend of sugar, butters and oils but it has added coffee grounds too! The coffee grounds give a bigger grit that I find you need less of and also use lighter pressure. It smells so flipping good and it does give my senses that energized feeling after using it. Make sure to add the 4.5oz jar to your wishlist now!

Ok guys, we've all tried magnetic polishes and they are fun. But KBShimmer somehow made an uber unique magnetic that I am in loooooove with! This is Something Wicca This Way Comes and it was inspired by one of my favorite shows ever, Charmed (the original show). It's a duochrome that shows blues and purples and then when you hold a magnet over it you see peach, pink, lime and gold. It's got a bit of holo micro glitter and flakes. I used 2 coats for full coverage and no topcoat.

KBShimmer also has a body product this month. She has Lime Margarita Sugar Scrub in lime margarita scent! It's refreshing and tart and delicious and it was inspired by the scene in Practical Magic with they have midnight margaritas. I actually love this scrub for my hands, it really cleans them up good after a swatching session, getting all the rogue glitters off and moisturizing my fingers.

Alter Ego has a fun posh for us this month! It's Magical Amber inspired by Amber and it's magical properties. I personally have an amber teething necklace for my baby, as it warms up with body heat it's supposed to help with any aches and pains associated with it. No idea if it's for reals or not but it looks cute on him. Magical Amber is a thermal that shows orange and yellow depending on the temperature. I did find the formula a bit thick and sticky, but once I got the hang of it, all was good. Plus I love the colors! I used 3 coats and topcoat.
Alter Ego: Magical Amber, $9, no cap
