As you see in the picture above, you get a skull crystal and 2 diamond shaped crystals.  I love the rainbow effect they have with the shifty colors.  Alright, so I had a gorgeous purple shimmery holo on as a base.  I decided to stamp some "cracks" on my nails to give the mani an old look.  I slathered on a layer of topcoat and placed the skull on my accent nail.  It's a pretty big nail charm so if I were going to keep it on for an extended period of time I would use nail glue.
