Dreamland Lacquer: Dream Weaver

Afternoon beauts!  Happy Thursday, hang in there, one more day and then it's the weekend!  Today has been fairly uneventful for me, but my day doesn't really start until 2:30 when the kids get out of school.  Then I'm busy busy busy!  For now I can share a beautiful new polish from Dreamland Lacquer.  Dream Weaver is an LE, multichrome magnetic beauty created to celebrate DL's 6th anniversary!  You'll be able to preorder this on 5/18 at 2pm CDT for 48 hours.  Dream Weaver will be $12 with the magnet, $11 without.  Ok, let's jump in to the post!

Dream Weaver is a gorgeous dark purple full of holo sparkles.  It shifts to a beautiful magenta and where the magnetic effect is it turns to a blackened purple.  This is a totally beautiful polish, it has a vampy vibe but the magenta shift gives it a bright note also.  I used 2 coats for full coverage.  I popped the magnet out of the wand and used one of the thin edges to create the magnetic effect, by holding the magnet over each nail while it was still wet.  Basically paint a nail, hold the magnet, move to the next nail.  Formula and application were both awesome, no problems or complaints.  I used a layer of topcoat to finish and held the magnet over each nail again while still wet.

As a side note, Noelie will be offering a different magnet during the presale.  It's a stronger magnet that will make the effect pop more.
