Morning. Monday comes too fast around here. I am looking forward to Summer when I can actually sleep in a little. Not much, just a little. There's really no such thing as sleeping in when you have kids. I guess I failed when I was supposed to teach my kids that skill. But only 12 days of school left then I'll get a little break from the 6am wake up call. Anywho, I've got a post for you today featuring 2 gorgeous Colors by Llarowe polishes that are exclusive to the NailLand shop. These were creating as a collaboration between Llarowe and LakkomLakkom. Let me preface this excerpt by saying I didn't love Scattered Sun when I bought these. I figured I didn't need another black holo. But then I got it on my nails and I was in looooove. This isn't just a black holo. It's full of these lovely gold flakes that add a nice little touch of detail to make the polish exciting. The formula and application were both amazing. This easily could have been 1 coat. I went with 2 (my coats are thin) to ensure full color depth and no surprise bare spots. I finished with topcoat.
Berry Gem is my favorite of the 2. It's a magical berry liner holo with the copper flakes. It's possible that these flakes are the same as the ones in Scattered Sun and maybe the colors blended together create a much more rich looking effect. No matter which color the flakes are I love them, I love this polish. Formula and application were both fabulous. I used 2 coats and finished with topcoat.
