Evening y'all! The hubster is working on making some ribs in his new smoker, and I was looking for an activity to do with the kids but sadly the Winchester Mystery House Candlelight Tours are sold out, booooo. So maybe we can go to a movie together? I dunno, he said the ribs are going to take a long time. So while I figure out out night I thought it would be nice to share another fab Fall collection that is currently available. Alter Ego created the Harvest Colors collection, perfect shades for the season! They are $9.50 for each 17ml bottle, or you can get the set of 7 for $51. Also, don't forget that you can save 25% using my code My Nail Polish Obsession. Alright, let's check out the polish!

I couldn't resist putting this one on first! It's I Can See Your Halo and it's a beautiful metallic gold with a slight holo shimmer. Very luxurious color and I'm wondering if it will stamp? Hmmmmm. Formula and application were both really lovely, I used 3 coats and finished with topcoat. You can see that I still have some VNL but as I have mentioned to you before, I have extremely white nail tips.
Sass Squatch is a soft yellow mustard color with subtle holo shimmer in a jelly formula. This one was super sheer on me, as you can see. I love the color and wish it were more opaque. I will likely use a matching base color underneath it next time I wear it. I used 3 coats and finished with topcoat.
Here's one of my favorites, Orange You Glad It's Fall. It's kind of a deep maize color with holo shimmer and it's GORGEY! Formula and applications were both fabulous, no complaints here. I used 3 coats for full coverage (2 would have been fine) and finished with topcoat.
My other favorite of the collection is Tin Roof Rusted. It's a rusty orange with holo shimmer. Such a perfect Autumn shade, I just love it! This one also had a really great formula and applied so nicely. I only needed 2 coats of this one for full coverage. Finished it up with a layer of glossy topcoat.
Moving along into a different part of the color wheel. Here's Don't Pesto Me, a perfectly pesto green shade with holo shimmer. Another very creamy and opaque formula. It applied so easily and most will only need 2 coats for full coverage, but I went ahead and did 3 to ensure I had no VNL. Glossy topcoat used.
Pour Me A Glass (yes please!!) is a perfect berry jelly with holo shimmer. Absolutely reminds me of a nice glass of red wine, which I could really go for right now. But because this one is more of a jelly formula it is more sheer than the last few that I shared. 3 coats built it up just fine. Topcoat to finish.
And finally we have Moonless Night. It's a stunning dark blue holo full of holo shimmer that creates a gorgeous "night sky" look. No problem with formula or application, covered well in 3 coats, but again, 2 would be fine. Used glossy topcoat. But upon removal I did have staining on my nails, skin and under my nails. So be sure to use a good base coat or a peel off base coat to save yourself from turning blue!
