Good evening to you on this fine Saturday! How was your day? Mine was full of soccer games, apple picking and roller skating (well I didn't roller skate, but my kids all did). Now we are finally home for the night and watching Hocus Pocus! Overall, a pretty great Saturday. I figured I'd spend a few minutes online and share a post with you lovelies! Girly Bits has her new COtM Duo out and they're both pretty dang HAWT! I actually threw one on as a pedicure immediately after swatching them. Red Sky at Night (isn't that an 80's song?) and Aurora Twilight are available NOW until 11/1. They are $16.50 CAD each or $31 CAD for the duo until 10/10. I'm starting out with Red Sky At Night, a gorgeous burgundy red with snowy red shimmer, fuchsia to copper multichrome flakes and holo gold micro glitter. Wow wow wow! I always love a good red (or in this case red-ish) polish and this one is a real knock out! Awesome formula and application. I used 3 thin coats, but 2 would totally have sufficed. No issues to report. Finished up with topcoat.
And then we have Aurora Twilight! While Red Sky is a full on looker, Aurora Twilight screams Halloween! It's a sheer black holo with red/purple aurora shimmer, iridescent color shifting flakes in pink to gold to green, and multichrome flakes that show off red and purple. I really, really love black and darker polishes and this one has me uber drooly! This is the one that made the pedicure cut and I literally stare at my toes 24-7. Formula and application were both stellar, no issues with either. I used 2 coats and finished with topcoat.
