Londontown Lakur; Summer 2018

Good morning dears!  Sorry for radio silence but I'm off on vacation and have found little time to sit down at the laptop and get posts written up.  My days are all about pool, beach, family excursions, going out for amazing meals.  Between the heat, being on my feet and being pregnant I basically barely make it into my pjs before I crash each night.  Anyways, what I am getting at is that I have about a zillion posts to share with you now and will be trying to catch up, possibly double posting once I return home mid-week next week.  Let's get this party started with a beautiful collection from Londontown.  I first came into contact with the brand at CPNA 2016.  I was fully impressed with the brand, colors and especially the Instant Smudge Fix.  I came home with samples and have purchased from the brand multiple times since then.  I was pretty stoked when they contacted me to do a review!  I was sent nail care and a few polishes from the Summer 2018 collection to try out.  If you mosey on over to the Londontown site before 7/29 at 11:59pm EST you can save 30% off your order. Lumina Lacquer Spaced Out & Mystic

Good morning my sparkly sunshine friends!  It's Wednesday.  The weekend is so close, can't you just taste it?  Well I can make your hump-day even better with this post featuring some new Lumina Lacquer micro glitters!   Man oh man I love the blingy-ness of the micro glitters that Tatiana puts out.  She really has knack for them and these 2 new additions are sure to be crowd pleasers!  You can pick up both of these lovely new Luminas in the shop now for $9.00 each.  So are you ready for the glittah?  Than let's do this!

Spaced Out is a "teal superholo  glitter polish in a clear base."  This is such a beauty!  I love how the blue and green glitters compliment each other.  The holo finish is totally mesmerizing.  The formula and application of Spaced Out were both fabulous.  I had full coverage in 3 easy coats.  1 layer of topcoat to finish. *direct sun*

Mystic is a fabulous "lavender superholo."   The subtleness of the purple color in Mystic is just perfect, not overly purple but definitely not silver.  The formula and application are both exactly what all the Lumina Lovers out there have come to expect from the brand - great consistency, great coverage.  I used 3 coats of Mystic and 1 layer of topcoat.

Shimmer Polish Wendy + Dollish Polish Looking For My Mr. Big

Before I even start I need to say that Wendy is my favorite Shimmer Polish.  I'm going backwards today and will start with Wendy instead of the undies.  Wendy is so gorgeous and girly and pretty!  I literally stared at my nails for hours on end.  And why wouldn't I?  Wendy is a glitter bomb packed full of some of my favorite colors; copper, purple and turquoise.  The copper glitters almost have an iridescent, color changing quality to them.  I love it, it's a perfect mix of color.   I used 2 coats of Wendy and had great coverage.  Just like all the Shimmer's before her, Wendy had a great formula.  I layered Wendy over 2 coats of Dollish Polish Looking For My Mr. Big.  LFMMB is a light lavender purple with a subtle holo.  It applied a bit sheer with the first coat but built up nicely with the second.  I loved this pairing…and as you will see it sent me into a purple spiral for some upcoming posts!  I used 1 layer of topcoat to finish this mani.
