Afternoon! It's officially the weekend and I'm rolling in to a full week of the kids being home on vacation. Since it's almost Thanksgiving I've been thinking about the things I'm thankful for, the things we do have, a roof over our head, our health, being together. The fam makes me totally crazy but I just wouldn't have it any other way! Today I have the very last of my saved up posts to share with you and then I'll be trying to squeeze in swatch time between holding/feeding a 2 week old and daily errands (ie cleaning my house, I'm such a crappy maid I should fire myself). So the product today is Alter Ego Pet and People Potion, it's a thick balm that you can use on any needy parts. And as the name states, it's great for people and animals! You can pick up Pet & People Potion for $4.50. Le't jump in.

So the Pet & People Potion comes in this super cute heart container with a flip lip. It's pretty sturdy plastic, but I live in a house of destroyers so I don't know how the tab to lift the lid managed to break off...I'm sure it was one of my kids being rough with my stuff. Cynthia sources local beeswax for this product which is really cool. It has a natural scent, no fragrance added. I'd describe it as earthy, not overpowering, just a light scent of the natural ingredients mixed together. It will be a great cuticle balm or barrier when the cold starts to chap your hands. But I did find that it was a bit thick and sticky. It's possible that I didn't rub it in well enough or give it enough time to soak in? Anywho, Cynthia is revamping her website and it's coming along great! She is getting all her product loaded to the site and if you want to try this one keep an eye out for when the listing goes up!
