Good morning again! Can you believe Thanksgiving is TOMORROW! I am thankful that I don't have to cook anything because my mom likes to do it and when we are with my in-laws we just go out to dinner. Yes, I am lazy. Don't get me wrong, I have cooked a turkey before, a ham, a pie, mashed potatoes, all the Thanksgiving things, I just don't want to. Where do you go to celebrate? Friends house, family meet up, a swanky restaurant?
Well, this isn't a post about food. It's a post about nail polish. Girly Bits new LE COtM Duo to be exact. And there are about 10 days left to get these beauties so I suggest you hop to it A-SAP. November brings us gorgeous, rich colors with just enough pizazz for party worthy nails. Turning a New Leaf and Winter Whiplash are $16.50 CAD each and are available until 12/1. So let's check them out!

Starting off with my favorite of the 2, this is Turning A New Leaf. It's a breathtaking mix of multichrome flakes on orange, copper, gold, blue and turquoise, holo microglitter and shifty aurora shimmer. I love complex polishes like this, so many ingredients but they come together in perfect harmony. Just look at the sparkly gorgeousness! Great formula, applied easily enough. I would suggest sponging on a layer or two to fully cover the free edge of your nail. I used 3 coats brushed on and topcoat to finish.
And this is Winter Whiplash! It's a blue jelly with unicorn-like aurora shimmer in copper to green with copper to blue micro glitter. The shimmer is SO pretty, definitely the stand out ingredient in this polish. But the blue jelly is pretty fab too! The formula is really nice and builds up well. If I had less opaque nail whites you probably wouldn't see any of my nail line at all! I used 3 layers and topcoat for extra glossiness.
