Pedi Princess Review (be warned...feet pictures ahead!)

Good evening dears!  I have a different kind of post for you tonight, but it is polish related!  While at CosmoProf North America I shared a pic of these awesome flip flops that were created to make your pedicure experience ever better.  If you missed my CPNA post, you can see it HERE!  I personally love going to the salon and getting my pedis done, but as a busy mom I don't get a chance to do that often and end up doing plenty of pedis for myself at home.  But the Pedi Princess, created by Laura Slipak - a renowned fashion an interior designer, is a great product to use whether you are at home or the salon!  No more walking around with cotton balls, toe separators or those awful (and dangerously slippery), thin pieces of foam that make a cheap pair of flip flops.  There are many styles available, even adorable bridal shower appropriate ones!  They range from $12 - $19 and are available to purchase on the website.  Let's jump right in to the review of this innovative pair of flip flops!

Pedi Princess: Website/Shop, Facebook

The Pedi Princess flip flops come in this cute plastic bag with snap and handles.  Perfect for toting around with you.  What makes the Pedi Princess unique are the 3 extra rods, topped with rhinestones of course, to keep all of your toes perfectly separated from each other.  This means no smudging or smearing that fresh coat of paint!  There are many designs to choose from, but I was drawn to the red rhinestones and wild animal print!

The first time I slipped these flip flops on I'll admit it was a weird feeling.  I took some time adjusting the rods to get them into a comfortable position.  While sitting my feet were perfectly comfortable, but walking around in them for an extended period of time caused a little ache between my pinky and second to last toe.  I attribute this to the fact that I normally don't wear shoes that separate my toes - this is a new sensation for me!  I have used the Pedi Princess flip flops 3 times now and now that my feet are used to them I no longer have that uncomfortable feeling.  My toes even smoothly slide right in to their designated areas!

The best part is that the Pedi Princess is so easy to use while painting your nails.  All my toes are just far enough away from each other that I don't smudge any nails.  So if you are looking for a cute and usable gift for a pedi loving friend or maybe something for yourself, I highly recommend the Pedi Princess.
