ellagee Petal Pushers, Spring 2016

Good evening dears!  I told you I'd have a post to share tonight...and while it's up a bit later than I hoped for because other things got in the way I am getting it up now!  I am quite happy that I was able to get sunshine pics of these gorgeous crellies from ellagee today!  So let's jump in to the down low.  This is ellagee's Spring trio called petal Pushers.  They are pastel crellies with matching, shifty shimmer and contrasting ultra chrome flakies.  They are fantastic!  You will be able to pick up the Petal Pushers tomorrow (Friday 2/26) at 6pm Central in the ellagee shop.  You can pick up individual bottles for $10.50 each or the trio for $28.  Alright, let's see pictures!

I tried on Mint Tulips first, because it reminds me of Mint Julep, and that makes me think of New Orleans and I LOVE New Orleans.  This is a pastel mint green full of a green to blue shifty shimmer and purple to green ultra chrome flakes.  Formula and application were both really nice and easy to use.  The crelly formula built up great in 3 coats.  I finished with topcoat.

As You Lilac It is a pastel lilac purple full a purple to blue shifting shimmer and green to gold shifting ultra chrome flakies.  This color is light and delicate and oh so pretty.  Again, formula and application were great.  I was able to get a pretty opaque coverage in 3 coats.  The crelly finish was very easy to work with and apply.  I finished with a layer of topcoat.

And the last of the trio is Peony For Your Thoughts.  This one is a soft peach crelly full of gold to purple shifting shimmer and blue to purple shifty ultra chrome flakies.  Lovely color, and it makes me look tan (or red?).  This crelly is nice because it's actually fairly neutral but those flakies add a nice pop of color.  Formula and application were both awesome.  I used 3 coats to reach near opacity and finished with topcoat.
