ellagee Absinthe Makes the Heart Grow Fonder

Absinthe Makes the Heart Grow Fonder is a soft lime holo with bright green shimmer.  It's got a bit of a metallic feel to it and the soft holo is so pretty!  I like how this is just vibrant enough, but not neon so it doesn't make your eyes burn.  Formula and application were both great.  I used 3 thin coats and finished with topcoat.
