Good afternoon lovelies! I have a very stunning and fun collection to share with you today! Jin, the beautiful lady behind Superficially Colorful has worked her fingers to the bone creating Life on Pandora, a neon holo collection for the late summer inspired by Avatar. The 7 colors are amazing and I also appreciate that she is releasing them towards the middle to end of summer because I am always a little sad when summer comes to an end, but this polish set will help me hang on to the memories of fun day trips and the sweltering heat! Life On Pandora is also a black light reactive set, alas I have no black light so I can't show you pictures of them glowing. The Life On Pandora neon holos will be available on 8/1 at 3:00 EDT! So enough jabbering, I know you want to see all the individual polishes in the Life On Pandora collection....here we go!

I had to grab the pink first...love hot pink so much and Atokirina is absolutely stunning! Atokirina is a "bright holographic pink polish that represents the sacred seeds of the Tree of Souls that lives on Pandora. Atokirina is the Na'vi word for wood sprite. A Very pure and sacred spirit that represents the planet's life force." The formula and application of Atokirina were both fabulous. I used 3 thin coats and found that it dried to a slightly satin finish so I used 1 layer of topcoat.
Menari means eyes. Inspired by the "big yellow eyes of the Omaticaya people of Pandora" Menari is a bright neon hello polish with just the slightest touch of green. I love Menari, it's a gorgeous color and so fun to wear! Formula and application were both awesome. I used 3 thin coats and 1 layer of topcoat.
Omaticaya (can I just say wow!?) mean s"Blue Flute Clan." Omaticaya is a bright cobalt blue holo that is inspired by the "nationality of the people living on Pandora." This color is so rich and beautiful, I am drooling over my own pictures. I used 3 thin coats of Omaticaya and even though it dried shiny on it's own I added 1 layer of topcoat.
Toruk Matko is a fabulously bright neon orange holo inspired by "the brave rider of the Toruk - great red-orange leonopteryx." This is totally another WOW color for me because I really love orange, a lot. Toruk Matko had a fabulous formula and application was awesome. I used 3 thin coats of Toruk Matko and 1 layer of topcoat.
This neon apple green beauty is The Sacred Tsaheylu. This brighter than bright color is inspired by the magical connection the people of Pandora have with nature. The meaning of the word Tsaheylu in Na'vi language is bond." Par to the course, The Sacred Tsaheylu had a great formula and awesome application. I used 3 thin coats of The Sacred Tsaheylu and 1 layer of topcoat.
Tsahik might be my favorite of the Life On Pandora collection. I mean I guess if I had to pick just 1, Tsahik would be it. I can not resist any red, orange or blend of the 2 colors together and this "bright holographic red-orange polish" is just amazing! Inspired by "Mo'at - the Tsahik o the Omaticaya clan. The Tsahik is the spiritual leader of the Na'vi clan and the most important female member." This amazing color had a great formula and I had full coverage in 3 thin coats. I finished with 1 layer of topcoat.
My intuition tells me that Utral Aymokriya will be the big seller of the Life On Pandora collection. This purple holo with red undertones is pretty darn amazing and a very stunning color. Utral Aymokriya means "Tree of Voices" and is inspired by "the special tree where the Omaticaya people can hear the voices of their ancestors." Utral Aymokriya was very opaque and rich. I used 2 thin coats and 1 layer of topcoat to finish.
I decided to do a little art with the Life On Pandora collection and this neon waterfall mani popped up in my mind. I may have subconsciously been inspired by Ashley Is PolishAddicted's waterfall mani almost a year ago! Hey, when you like something that much it really does stick in your mind! You can see her waterfall mani
HERE! For my mani I used 3 coats of OPI Alpine Snow and then a small brush to create downward lines using each neon from the Life On Pandora collection. I had no rhyme or reason, just put the colors on my nails where ever there was space. I should have used a thinner brush for this, but I still like the way it turned out. My "waterfall" looks more like a tribal tattoo - which is more fitting for Life On Pandora in my opinion. I finished with a layer of topcoat.
