Hi there! Anyone still awake and looking at nail polish? Well wipe the sleepies out of your eyes and get ready to be dazzled! This is The Ladies of Peter Pan duo from Sweet Heart Polish & Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer. Both are brands I have featured on my blog many times, both are brands I genuinely adore. The polishes in this duo are both gorgeous and top-notch quality. They compliment each other perfectly! The Ladies of Peter Pan Duo will be available tomorrow (10/10) at 9am PDT. Each box will be $25 plus shipping. So without too much chit chat let's take a look at these fantastic polishes inspired by Wendy Moira Angela Darling and Tinkerbell.
First here's a little look at all the goodies you get in this package. 2 full sized polishes, an itsy bitsy start vial of pixie dust, Wendy Darling and Tinkerbell vinyls and an adorable pin featuring the ladies of Peter Pan!
And now on to the polish!
Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Sewing Shadows is "a light blue creme with glass flecks that shift from blue to green to gold. The blue is inspired by Wendy’s night gown, and the shift brings together Wendy, Pan, and Tink into one polish!" Sewing Shadows is delicate and whimsical and it's the exact color of Wendy's nightgown. It's possibly the prettiest light blue polish I have worn, ever. The formula and application were both fabulous. I used 2 coats of Sewing Shadows for full coverage and finished with 1 layer of topcoat.
Moving on to the sassiest little fairy in Neverland...Tinkerbell!
Sweet Heart Polish Oh Look, A Firefly! is "a lime green jelly packed with chartreuse and gold holographic and metallic glitters, based off of Tinkerbell." I love it. ALOT. I showed it 2 ways, layered over a base color and on it's own. On 3 of my nails is Zoya Tilda and then 2 coats of Oh Look, A Firefly!. On my accent nail is 4 coats of Oh Look, A Firefly! on it's own. As you can see there is still a little visible nail line on my accent nail. The gold shimmer really makes this polish magical. It adds so much depth and looks like my nails were sprinkles with pixie dust! Formula and application were both stellar. I finished with 1 layer of topcoat.
I created a little skittlette look using both of the polishes in the duo as well as the Wendy and Tink nail vinyls provided by Monster Polish. Wow, I am truly stunned with how amazing these vinyls are! I finished up my mani, showed my husband my nails and he immediately knew who both were. I'm so proud, I turned my man into a true Disney fan. So I have Oh Look, A Firefly on my thumb, index and pinky nails. Sewing Shadows is on my middle and ring nails. I used the vial of pixie dust to create a sparkly glitter gradient on my middle nail. And of course I put a Wendy vinyl over Sewing Shadows and Tinkerbell over Oh Look, A Firefly. I love how this turned out! I finished it up with a layer of topcoat.
