Girly Bits Holiday Magic, Winter 2015

Good afternoon dears!  It's time for some magic...some Girly Bits Holiday Magic that is!  Pictures have been floating around for a week or so now and it's time for me to throw my pictures into the ring.   Let me start off by saying WOW.  This collection is gorgeous and everything about it makes me think of wintry days, warm fireplaces, hot cups of cocoa, making memories with loved ones.  Pam  collaborated with the brand spokeswoman, Megan Edwards and they really put out a fabulous collection for the season.  Holiday Magic will be available on 11/22 with a limited time discounted price of $108 CAD, free shipping.  Or you can pick up individual bottles for $13 CAD each.  So let's jump in and check out this festive 9 piece collection!

Up first I have Love Your Elf, a muted, shimmery pink.  This color looks like the softest, most delicate cashmere sweater ever!  It's so feminine too!  The formula and application were both great.  I used 2 coats for full coverage and topped it with a layer of topcoat.

Don't Tangle Your Tinsel is an uber blingy and festive multi-sized silver holo glitter.  You want to be noticed, this is your polish!  And really, who doesn't need a little sparkle in their life?  Formula and application were both stellar.  This is a full coverage glitter - I only needed 2 coats!  I finished with a layer of topcoat.

Here's one of my favorites in the collection, Sandy Claws.  It's a light nude holo with pink and purple shimmer.  This color is amazing!  Of course you know I love nudes so there's my biased opinion.  Sandy Claws is so warm and cozy and inviting, it's easy to love it.  Formula and application were top notch.  2 coats, 1 layer of topcoat.

Blazing Yule Before Us is another blingy one that will be the perfect glitter touch for any holiday occasion.  It's a vintage gold with metallic finish.  It definitely has that antique feel and I'm totally digging it!  Once again, formula and application were great.  2 coats for full coverage and a layer of topcoat.

Alright, everyone stop what you're doing and look at this red!  Little Red Toque is AMAZING!  It's a classic Christmas red, jelly finish, loaded with twinkly holo glitters that literally glow in the base.  Just look how Little Red Toque has that lit from within glow!  Love it so much.  Formula and application were perfect.  2 coats for full coverage and a layer of topcoat.

Another totally classic Christmas color is Jiminy Christmas!  It's an evergreen jelly base full of evergreen holo microglitter.  Such a festive green!  Jimmy Christmas was opaque and vibrant and blingy.  I used 2 coats for full coverage and finished with a layer of topcoat.

Coal Dancer is a black jelly base full of black and silver holo glitters and sapphire blue glitter.  They are all different sizes that create a fun effect of glitter layered upon glitter!  The formula and application were great.  I did want to note that the brush comes out of the bottle totally saturated with glitter/base which did make the brush a bit difficult to work with but it was manageable.  I used 2 coats of Coal Dancer and a layer of topcoat.

Pam included 2 wonderful cremes in this collection!  Here's the first one, Blue Christmas.  It's a dark navy creme and it's a beauty!  Blue Christmas was this closet to being a one coater - for those of you who don't paint as lightly as I do it will easily be a one coater.  I ended up using 2 coats and topped it with topcoat.  The formula was awesome, no problems what-so-ever.  PS - you can use this as a stamping polish too!

This is another favorite of mine, No Peeking Till 7AM.  It's a vampy burgundy creme and it's all kinds of gorgeous. Such a great color to wear with all your winter outfits!  The formula and application were both super faboosh.  I used 2 coats and finished with a layer of topcoat.
