Beauty Review: Soft Landings 4Square Wipes

Good morning dears!  I've got a beauty post for you today!  I have heard of Soft Landings before (as I've been on the nail circuit for a while now and we nails girls hear things) but I haven't had the chance to try them.  Well now I have and I really liked these products.  I typically use cotton squares or pads to remove my nail polish and eye makeup, but I do notice that I get lint and fuzz everywhere when I use regular cotton pads.  In walks Soft Landings!  This brand makes hygienic, soft, absorbent, LINT-FREE Table Towels and 4Square Wipes.  You can use them for literally anything, polish and makeup removal as I mentioned before, wash cloths, dusting cloths, classroom cleaning...you name it!  The Table Towels are 16"x16" and sold for $20 in a 75 count package.  The 4Square Wipes are 4"X4" and sold for $5.50 in a 100 pack.   I focused on the 4"x4" squares since I knew I'd use those the most frequently for nail polish and makeup removal.  So let's jump in and see what Soft Landings is all about!

This is what the 4Square Wipes look like.  I am holding 1 sheet.  It's thin and stiff, but it softens easily once wet.  The sheet also won't tear but you could cut it into smaller squares if you wanted a smaller surface to work with.  

I dabbed on a little nail polish remover on and the 4Square Wipe is very absorbent.  2 pumps and the remover spread to nearly cover the entire sheet.

I used the 4Square Wipe to remove some nail polish.  For such a thin sheet it worked really well.  I did have to push down a little harder than I'm used to with a plush cotton pad, but if I would have folded the pad over it probably would have been closer to the thickness I was used to.  

Done!  Absolutely no lint to be seen anywhere!  

I'm also an avid eyeshadow/mascara wearer so I thought I'd see how the 4Square Wipes worked with makeup remover.  

Here's the wipe with some makeup remover on it.  

I paced the wipe on my eye using a little firmness and let it sit for a few seconds.  Then in one sweep I swiped off my makeup. 

Here's what my eye looked like after.  As you can see the shadow is gone, but some mascara stayed behind.  A second swipe cleaned all that up easily.

Goodbye makeup!  No grime on my face that night!  So would I buy Soft Landings 4Square Wipes to use again?  You betcha!  The no lint left behind is a real selling point for me.  I feel the wipes worked well and the price point is affordable.
