July '18 Polish Pickup: Roundup of the Fan Favorites

6 Harts February Polish Pickup Exclusive: Raspberry Ice

Good evening!  I stayed up late last night playing on the Internet, being a night owl.  I think I'm super worn down from parenting and have been mentally trying to escape the drama.  I've been fighting to keep my eyes open most of the day and my stomach is making crazy noises and you guyyyyyys I'm a mess!  I think I need to take that Nap-ersize class I've seen floating around Facebook, I bet I'd be really good at that.  The other thing I already know I'm really good at is eating sweets.  And I would eat this Raspberry Ice polish in a heartbeat if it were edible!  This is another fabulous polish that will be available during the February Sugar Rush themed Polish Pickup.  6 Harts was a super popular one last month and ended up selling out after the first day.  So if you are digging Raspberry Ice you should probably add it to your cart right away so you don't have regrets!  Raspberry Ice will be available from 2/2 - 2/5 and is $10.  It is capped at 200 bottles.   Let's get to it and see this gorgeous polish!

Evening loves!  I told you the rest of this day would be a bit busy and I wasn't kidding!  Almost back to back posts but I don't want you to miss out on anything that could help you make a decision on your purchases.  But first can I just say that I am really happy to see 6 Harts getting involved in the Polish Pickup!  Courtney has  great eye for finish and color combos and Mojave Jewel is a perfect example of it.  Plus, who doesn't love a fantastic turquoise?!  I have a soft spot in my heart for this gemstone because it really reminds me of my grandma. She had so many awesome turquoise pieces, I oogled them as a kid.  I have a few pieces from her collection and it brings me happy memories of her every time I wear them.  Mojave Jewel will be available from 1/5 - 1/8 and will be $10.

Hello beauties!  Happy Friday, hope your morning is going well.  Let me drop an awesome post on you.  6 Harts will be starting a series of polishes called Strong Women.  The Strong Women series draws inspiration from women the Courtney knows, who have been through the best and worst life can throw a them.  It was created as a way to honor those women who are feisty, resilient, beautiful, all ages, shapes, sizes and colors.  This will be a monthly series and I've got the first ones to share with you now.  The first pair of polishes in the Strong Women series will be available on 1/14/17.  You can pick them up for $9 each or $17 for the duo.  Let's jump in and check them out!

Indie Spotlight: 6 Harts

Morning beauties!  I'll have a couple posts coming at you today but let's start with this one.  I'm in a new Facebook group that spotlights one indie maker a month!  So I'll have some links to other bloggers featuring the same brand at the bottom of my post, please be sure to check them out.  6 Harts has the honor of being the first showcased indie and I pulled out my favorite, Midnight Delight.  I have a good stash of 6 Harts and they are all very lovely.  Some of my other favorites are Not Taupical, Carnal Intent and Bat Crap Crazy.  Courtney makes small batches and puts thought into her colors and finishes.  They all build up well in 2-3 coats.  I'd also like to recommend her cuticle oils, which are lightly scented (great for those who are sensitive to strong smells) and very nourishing. If you haven't tired this brand out you definitely should!

Good afternoon (evening for most of you now).  I'm pretty wiped out today, forgot how much energy it takes to swim, and even more energy when a little is hanging on to you the whole time.  So I'm trying to relax and snack but the kids want me to take them out on a lizard hunt.  I'll have to make this a super fast post!  Tomorrow (8/15) 6 Harts will be releasing a few new polishes!  I'm super excited because I have always been a fan of Courtney's brand.  I'm going to share the beautiful Butterfly Floufs with you now.  You can see a bottle shot of the drool worthy Not Taupical in my Cocktails & Colors coverage post (HERE). July 2016 Destination Duo, Lolo Pass Montana; Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer & 6 Harts

Good evening dears!  I have a fantastic duo to share with you tonight.  You are probably aware that Julie from Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer has a monthly Destination Duo box, a polish duo created with another indie maker where they both use a scenic/vacation picture for inspiration.  This month the guest maker is the lovely Courtney from 6 Harts and the inspiration is a picture she took of Lolo Pass in Montana.  With just that little snap shot of the woods I can only imagine how beautiful and scenic Montana is.  I am always in awe when I see wooded parts of the country and stunning mountain ranges.  Where I am from it's mostly just golden (read dried out tall grass and weeds) hills.  But it's pretty in it's own way too.  So the details you want to know about.  The July Destination Duo will be available on 7/7 at 3:30pm Eastern.  The box will be $30 shipped within the USA, $20 + shipping international.  There are 30 boxes total split between the 2 shops so you can head over to either once the time hits and start shopping!  Now let's jump in and check out this box!

6 Harts Nice Peaches

Good afternoon!  I just finished up a yummy lunch and plopped myself on the couch.  I have to get up again to head to Target soon - school supply shopping.  But for now I will just let my belly feel nice and full and veg out.  But since it takes practically zero effort to type I decided to hop on and share a post with you!  Today I have another beauty I picked up from the Cocktails & Colors indie after party while in Vegas for CosmoProf.  6 Harts created this gorgeous peachy polish as  July exclusive for the event.  While this is currently an exclusive color it "may" be available sometime in the future.  So kee your fingers crossed for that!  You ready to check it out?  Then let's go!

So this peach beauty is Nice Peaches.  Nice Peaches is a pinky-peach shade with a light helping of ultra chrome flakies, golden shimmer and just a touch of holo.  I found the polish creamy and opaque and very fabulous to use.  I had no issues with formula or application.  Honestly, this is my favorite 6 Harts polish that Courtney has created.  Everything about it is aces.  Plus I have a huge weakness for polish in this color family.  I used 2 coats of Nice Peaches and 1 layer of topcoat to finish.

6 Harts Swim Through The Deep Skies & Carnal Intent

Good morning dears!  I have a lovely post for you today featuring a couple new polishes from 6 Harts!  Courtney has some glorious polish in her shop, if you haven't checked out her brand yet then you are missing out.  Seriously though, Red Letter Day, Montana Sunrise, Midnight Delight, Bat Crap Crazy....you need to see these polishes!  I'm positive the 2 new beauties are sure to tickle your fancy!  Swim Though The Deep Skies and Carnal Intent will be released 4/15 at 7pm MST.  Ready to check them out?  Then lesgo!

Swim Through The Deep Skies is a gorgeous medium toned blue jelly polish with a loose linear holo.  This is actually one of my favorite shades of blue, not neon but bright enough to satisfy the craving for a noticeable color.  The formula was fabulous, nice a squishy but it also built up well.  Application was perfect.  I used 3 coats of Swim Through The Deep Skies and no topcoat.

Carnal Intent is a sexy, juicy red jelly scattered holo with charcoal flakies.  You know I love me some red polish and this one is totally perfect for the Summer.  It's bright and wearable and will make for some totally gorgeous date day/night nails. It's got a great formula that is squishy and glossy.  It applies perfectly too.  I love the charcoal flakies, they give it a really unique touch.  I used 3 coats of Carnal Intent and no topcoat.
