Born Pretty Store No Smudge Topcoat

Afternoon dears!  I'm melting into a puddle here at the gymnastics center but it's all good, it's lie a workout with me even having to do anything.  Haha, ok, it's not really a workout.  But I swear I'm sweating just as much as when I ran in the heat this morning.  You know with all the Fall stuffs coming out and me sharing those posts now I totally forgot to share this one that I did back in July.  My daughter and I went to The Indie Shop San Francisco, which was mermaid themed, and I did nails to go with that theme!  First off, I had a blast.  I love that TIS is a smaller, personable event.  I've been to 2 and even when the crowd is big and the line is long, there's still plenty of time to meet makers and other nail polish fanatics.  So I'm hoping that there will be another TIS close by because I'll definitely attend again.  So this mani was a fun little stamping project with KBShimmer, a Moyou London plate and Born Pretty Shop No Smudge topcoat.  The No Smudge Topcoat is available HERE for $2.59.  Don't forget you can save 10% using my code JTOW10.  Ok, let's check out polish.

Road to Polish Con Week 7; Alter Ego Does the Ducky Derby

Good morning friends!  Summer is winding down and I has a sad.  I'm sad to not be able to head off to do fun things during the day with my kids, to get back to the grind of homework and busy after school schedules.  But I'm also looking forward to having a routine and getting into the holiday season.  It also means there's another Polish Con in the near future!  This one will be held in Chicago on 9/23 if you hadn't heard about it yet (not sure if tickets are sold out or not so you'll have to check that out).  Right now they are going through the Road To Polish Con series, polishes by makers that will be at the event, that will be available online for those who can't make it to the event.   Pretty cool way to make everyone feel included.  They're currently on week 7 and the polishes are only available for 1 week so you have until 8/19 to get this one.  The polish I'm sharing with you today is created by Alter Ego and is called Does the Ducky Derby and you can purchase it for $10.  It's pretty fabulous and unique so let's jump in to the spot and check it out.  Oh I should also mention that Cynthia is including a little cardboard paper with one of her available scents on it in her packages.  I received a coffee scent and found it amazing!  But for those with sensitive noses, you may want to open the package in a well ventilated area or let it air out a bit before opening.  Ok...let's go!

Fit Snack Box: July 2017
