Good morning! Hope your Saturday is going well. Me and my clan just got up and had a delicious cinnamon roll bake and now we are thinking of heading out to see the Lego Movie (yeah - I have 3 littles, 2 of which are Lego loving boys). Aside from trying to hit up a restock later today that's about it for my plans. And I have this fun nail art to show you today! The Saran Wrap method is so simple, even an art novice like myself can make it look fabulous! Yesterday I shared the Zoya Naturel Collection (you can see it HERE) and this is another post featuring that collection!
Alright, I started this with 2 coats of Normani, the darkest color in the Naturel Collection - a gorgeous "sable mauve cream." I let Normani dry completely and then I used the saran wrap method. This is truly the easiest yet coolest looking art effect. You need saran wrap (of course), cut up into small squares, and a paper plate. I took Chantal, the "French Vanilla cream" and used the brush to put some on the paper plate. I balled up a small square of saran wrap, dipped it in the polish and lightly dabbed it on top of Normani. No rhyme or reason, do it until you think it looks good! I let Chantal dry (which happens very quickly) and then did the same thing with Brigitte and Rue. Once all was dry I used 1 layer of topcoat. Voila! What do you think? Will you try the saran wrap method?
Oh no now I want to do a suran wrap mani and I had planned to do another mani type! Will you be entering this in the contest? You totally should! It's fantastic!!!
