Barielle Protect Plus Color with Prosina; Silk Stockings & Lily of the Valley

Good morning dolls!  I've got something new and exciting from Barielle to share with you today.  Barielle recently launched their new signature line of Prosina nail care and colors.  Prosina is a patented and highly specialized type of hydrolyzed keratin that has the ability to strengthen, condition and protect your nails.  Prosina is a polypeptide formula that works with keratin to repairs and fortify nails and cuticles.  The Prosina formula is pregnancy safe and 5-free.  Barielle selected popular shades from the original collection and infused them with Prosina so you still get your favorite colors but with this awesome new nail treatment.  The Prosina nail colors are available now for $9.  Let's take a look at the shades I was sent to review.

If you check out the Barielle website you'll see there are at least 100 shades of the new Protect plus Color with Prosina formula.  Which is great, you can get all your favorite colors with this new treatment.  The first shad eI have to share with you is Silk Stockings, a creamy tan.  It actually reads a little greige on me.  It's a gorgeous neutral shade and a perfect palette cleanser.  the formula and application were great, nothing has changed with the Barielle formulation I am used to.  I used 2 coats of Silk Stockings and no topcoat.

The other shade is Lily of the Valley, a bright "Irish" green with shimmer.  This one sure glows and is a really happy green.  I did find the 1st coat to be a bit sheer, but the 2nd provided good coverage.  Application was easy peasy.  I used 2 coats of Lily of the Valley and finished with topcoat.
