Hullo, hullo! Monday, you weren't so bad! I got to the gym for a weight lifting sesh with friends and then even ran a few miles on the treadmill. Polishing off the rest of the birthday cake in my house pretty much negated any good I did earlier, oh well, it's a step in the right direction!
I have a beautiful trio to share with you this evening, the Stella Chroma October Trio. These pink beauties are different shades and finishes, so truly something for everyone here. Pam will be donating a portion of the sales to her local hospital to help pay for mammograms for women who don't have health insurance. These are not LE, but only the sales in October will go towards the donation. You can pick these up for $12-$13 each or $33 for the trio (only until 10/11). Let's jump in and see what the October Trio is all about!
I know I shared a bottle shot but I had to show you the macro collage too! These are just so lovely!
Starting off with New Day. This is a magenta/orange/gold straight up multichrome. Nice to play with one of these since they are always loaded with glitters and flakes and holo these days. The polish itself was uber creamy and opaque, I only needed 2 coats for full coverage. The shifty colors really showed themselves off nicely too! No problems with formula or application. I finished with topcoat. New Day is $13.
Ribbons for Heroes is a creamy orchid pink with gold flakes and gold shifty shimmer. It has a crelly formula and applied perfectly. I love the color combo here, pink and gold are a great pairing. The shifty flakes complement the base color nicely. No problems with formula or application. I used 2 coats and finished with topcoat.
Ribbons for Heroes is $12.
And the final polish of the trio is Crown of Roses. Probably my favorite of the 3. It's a rose gold flakie/foil polish with some red holo glitter. So elegant. It'll make some super luxurious holiday manis! Amazing formula and application. No issues at all. Full coverage in 2 coats plus topcoat.
Crown of Roses is $12.
