Beauty Post: Obsessed Minerals Eyeshadow Water Paints

Good day beauties.  I've got a beauty post today, woo hoo!  Obsessed Minerals is a brand I was introduced to at CosmoProf.  Obsessed Minerals is a line of glamorous cosmetics made from minerals.  This line of cosmetics focuses on intensity, purity and application.  Before I knew any of this all I knew was the wow factor my eyes saw when I walked up to the display.  The eyeshadow were particularly stunning!  Well then I had a few to play with and I adore them!  You can buy the water paint pigments shadows for $16.  There's also an array of other items you can try; eyeliner, lipstick, foundation, blush, moisturizer, and anti-aging to name a few.   Be sure to browse around after you ready my post!

I thought I'd share my pictures from CPNA with my review.  It was a lovely display of rich hues and sparkly finishes.  Here are some of the Lipsticks and Liquistix.

And the glorious shadows that drew me in like a moth to a flame!

A couple that caught my eye; Athena (top) and Daring (bottom).

And here's my loot!  Darling and Athena were the ones I picked out and French Vanilla was sent as an extra sample.  I adore these!  They are so pigmented and sparkly!

Left to right; French Vanilla, Daring and Athena.

I'm wearing Athena with Daring on the outer edges and crease.   The shadow is easy to use with a brush but I've found you get a deeper color and more sparkle with your finger tip.   Also, these are called "water paints" so you can use them wet or dry.

I did a quick (and sloppy) arm swatch to show you how the shadows look wet and dry.  So here they are in natural indoor lighting from top to bottom, French Vanilla dry, French Vanilla wet, Athena dry, Athena wet, Daring dry, Daring wet.

Same order, but this picture is in direct sunlight.

I didn't see any of these three shades on the website but there is a HUGE selection to chose from!  I actually saw plenty of shades that I'd like to pick up for myself!
