I just found out that my kids practices have been canceled (due to rain and lots of families traveling) so I'm thinking of hitting up the gym and then starting up on the dishes I'm making.  I'm making a cheesy brussel sprout bake, stuffing, burrata appetizer plate and cranberry jello shots.  What are you making?
