Happy Friday y'all.  I thought I'd turned a corner with all the ailments I've dealt with in the last week but nooooo.  Now I'm sick with cold.  This mama just can't catch a break.  Next week.  Next week is gonna be MY week!  Well, Summer feels just about over.  Yes it's still hot but all the fun vacation time and lounging about and sleeping in is gone.  So I think it's time I shared the last few Summer polishes that I have on hand.  Let's start with the Morgan Taylor Rocketman collection.  Inspired by Elton John, this is a 7 piece collection and is packed full of vibrant, loud colors that draw inspiration from the Elton John movie which is also called Rocketman! Makeup Review: NYX LE Sugar Trip Collection - Paradise Fluff Ombre Highlighter - Sweet Custard & Lip Oil - Carnival Ride

Good morning, happy Saturday!  I'm at home, resting, relaxing, sleeping, cleaning, eating, watching tv.  I'm usually on the go but for now, I'm just laying low and enjoying the down time.  Earlier last week I swung y the Nordstrom Rack and picked up some new makeup.  I saw a cute display for the NYX Paradise Fluff collection, I believe it's the holiday collection?  Don't quote me on that - it's not a brand I follow so I have to do some sleuthing and see what other bloggers have said about the collection.  Anyways, the Sugar Trip collection has a few smaller collections within in featuring tins with lip products, shadows, lippie sets, highlighters, all packaged so cute and perfect for gifting.  I have been mildly obsessing over highlighter and typically get very light pink ones but saw this one and decided to give it a try.  I also couldn't resist the lip oil because I have a problem with owning way too many lipsticks and lipgloss and lip balm and all the lip products.  Anyways, as I said, there are a bunch of other products in this collection, they range from $6 - $55.  While I found these at the Nordstrom Rack, they are also at NYX, Ulta, Target, Kohls.  Let's check them out!

Just going through drafts of old posts that I didn't have time to put up and I saw this one.  I felt like I really just wanted to share it so I'm back with another post for ya!  This is KBShimmer Hard To Empress.  This came out back in June when Polish Con was in New York.  It was a show exclusive that ended up on the KBShimmer website for a brief time, but because of the  ingredients used (UP pigment) it was very LE.  I have no idear if it will come back but for the sake of clearing out my drafts I am sharing it with you today.  Sorry for being a tease.

Destination America has really upped their game with the paranormal viewing options.  I don't scare easy and I don't know what it was about these shows (or the night) but I was genuinely terrified.  Remember when you were a kid and had to sleep with your entire face except your nose covered by the blanket?  Oh no? Good evening my pretties!  My day was super meh, I hope your extra day off was better.  I tried to plan a nice family fun day and it was poopy weather, actually rained on us, then was super hot.  Everyone was cranky and arguing.  When we were on our way home a motorcyclist split the lanes, HIT my side view mirror and shattered it.  He didn't stop, just threw up his arm like "sorry bro!".  UGH.  So now I'm not doing anything mom-ly while I pout and decided I was going to sign up for races and work on my blog.  So you win!  Tonight I have the China Glaze My Little Pony Collection. Lou It Yourself Booze And Bad Decisions

Good evening dolls.  I know, this late night post thing is becoming a habit.  But let me tell you, I played taxi mom all afternoon.  Literally from 3:30 to 7:30.  So it's the first chance I've had to sit down and get on the computer.  Last night I shared polish that was no longer available for purchase and tonight I'm doing it again.  SORRY!  Again, this was put up for sale while I was away on vacation and I actually had no literature saying when it was going to be sold so it was a surprise to me.  Of course it sold out right away.  Booze And Bad Decisions from Lou It Yourself was in the sample bag from Cocktails & Colors.   While you can't get this particular color there are lots of great polishes in the shop.  And the new Fall collection is coming up on 9/9, I've seen some sneak peeks swatches and they're gorgeous!  Watch ehmkay nails for her swatches coming shortly.  So let's jump in and check out Booze And Bad Decisions.
