Afternoon/evening dears! Today is hot. I don't know what's up with California but it's been in the 90's. We got excited with some cooler weather last week but the joke was on us. So while I bake over here, you can enjoy this post from the comfort of your air conditioned house, or car while I wish I was somewhere feeling crisp, Autumn weather. Today's post features the Girly Bits October Colour of the Month Duo. No Pumpkin Way and Slay, Ghoul, Slay are available in the GB shop right now, until 11/30. You still have plenty of time to purchase these beauties if you want to! They'll be $16.50 CAD each. Okie dokie, let's jump in and check them out.

No Pumpkin Way is a fiery burnt orange with violet shimmer and gold holo micro glitters. I really love this shade of orange, it's probably my favorite shade actually. The gold holo micro glitters pop out nicely against the base shade. Awesome formula and application. I used 2 coats for full coverage and topcoat to finish.
Slay, Ghoul, Slay is a dusty lavender holo with orange sparks and copper-braze metallic flakes. I didn't even realize there were the copper flakes in there until I moved my hand out of the direct light and BAM there they were! Another totally gorgeous polish in the books for Pam! Fabulous formula, great application. I used 2 layers for total opacity and topcoat.
You know I had to pair these up! I did a heavy waterfall at the tips of my nails using Slay, Ghoul, Slay over No Pumpkin Way. I'm digging how it turned out to look like an unfinished paint job. And the colors go together surprisingly well.
