ellagee Holiday Sparkle Collection

Late night post, trying to squeeze it all in for your Black Friday shopping!  I told you I'd have a lot to share today and I wasn't kidding!  Thankfully this is my last post of the night and now I'll just sit around watching Hallmark Christmas movies and wait for Black Friday sales to start.  This lovely trio is called the Holiday Sparkle Collection and it's from ellagee.  The Holiday Sparkle collection will be available tonight, 11/24 at 12 am.  They are $13 each.  And don't forget that ellagee is having a big sale...20% off the whole shop excluding customs and gold leaf, just use the code DOORBUSTER.  Let's jump in and check them out!

Glamorous is a hot pink jelly with a violet sheen, pink to red shifty aurora shimmer and holo microflakes.  Well, it was love at first sight.  I was super in love with how the shimmer and microflakes added so much depth to this polish.  It's just gorgeous and the red made me feel extra pretty.  Formula and application were both stellar.  2 coats for full coverage and topcoat to finish.

Elegant is a deep, royal purple jelly with a pink sheen, violet to pink to blue shifty aurora shimmer and holo microflakes.  Y'all know I am NOT a purple lover, I just am not, sorry.  But every now and then I swatch a purple that knocks my socks off and Elegant is definitely one of those.  The color is so rich and luxurious, the flakies look like they're floating in dark, glassy pools.  It has an overall feeling of space and I love that.  I used 2 coats and finished with topcoat.

Captivating is the third polish in the trio and it's a rich teal jelly with a blue sheen, blue to green shifty aurora shimmer and holo microflakes.  Initially I wasn't impressed with Captivating, the first coat didn't seem as vibrant and pretty as the other 2, so I was pleasantly surprised that the next coat really made a huge difference in color saturation.  What I liked most about this one is that you can really see the green to blue shift on the nail, especially around the edges.  2 coats for full coverage and topcoat used.
