Alter Ego August Indie Pickup Exclusive: Fantasia Bath Crumbs

Afternoon y'all!  Those of you with kids, are they back to school yet?  I have a week to go and them mine are out of my hair.  Really though they have been pretty well behaved this Summer, maybe they are all maturing!  And maybe it will give me some time to catch up on blog things!  I swear the only cardio I get these days is running late, ha! Ok so I know by now that you are all familiar with the Polish Pickup.  But they have a new group called the Indie Pickup.  It's kind of like a free for all market where indie makers of all sorts can create and sell items that coordinate with the PPU theme.  So the IPU theme is Musicals and it will be open after the PPU.  This month IPU will be open from 8/17 - 8/20.  Alter Ego created a new scent for her popular Bath Crumbs.  Fantasia, inspired by the movie of the same name, will be $7.50 for a 4oz jar, that comes with a scoop.  It will be limited to 14 jars.  So let's jump in and check out the Bath Crumbs!

Here we are with a fun little jar of Fantasia.  Bath Crumbs are essentially the same idea as a mani bomb or bath bomb but conveniently broken up into smaller bits so you can control the amount you want in your tub or bowl (depending on what part you are soaking).  The jar is a pop top style jar with the metal locking doo-hickey.  I've given this jar a good shake while closed/locked and nothing comes out so it's got a nice, tight seal.  You're probably asking, what does Fantasia smell like?  Well, to me it smells like an orange creamscicle!  It's citrusy and fresh, but sweet with a hint of vanilla.  It's made with unrefined shea butter and unrefined cocoa butter.  My hands felt very soft and silky after soaking them with a scoop of the crumbs and they were lightly scented for a short time after drying off.  I've tried Bath Crumbs in the bathtub for a full body soak and in a bowl to soak my hands...both ways were great and I enjoyed the soft fizzle and scent the crumbs give off.
