As I already mentioned, this is a Flower stamping plate.  It's a small square with 6 rectangle images on it.  The back of the packaging has instructions how to pick up the image if you have never stamped before.

I really like the 2 larger floral images in the middle of the plate, nice close ups of interesting flowers.  

I initially attempted a soft pink color over the pearly beige base I used, but the colors didn't differentiate from each other very well so I went with black to show off the design best.  The image picked up easily and transferred perfectly to my nails.  I was very please with how this mani turned out.
