Born Pretty: Recall from the Mermaid Shell Series & Fairbanks Arts from the 3D Magnetic Series

Evening beauties!  I am very excited to share this post with you!  Born Pretty Store launched some new collections today and they are pretty fabulous!  The shades are all very pretty and the new bottles are cute.  I have 2 shades from different Series to show you now.  They range in price from $2.99 - $5.99 depending on the Series collection.  I have a polish from the 3D Magnetic Series (HERE) and the Mermaid Shell Series (HERE).  Don't forget you can use my code JTOW10 for 10% off!  Let's jump and check them out!

I'm going to start with Recall from the Mermaid Shell Series.  There are 4 shades in this collection, beautiful pearly shades full of contrasting shimmer and a slight duo chrome shift.  Recall is a pastel aqua blue with a light touch of holographic sparkle and a gorgeous pink shimmer.  This polish screams beach time, pool time, anything to do with being in the water.  That pink shimmer is super drool worthy.  I did find Recall to be fairly sheer and ended up using 4 coats to hide most of my nail line.  I know it's a lot of coats but trust me, it's worth it.  No other complaints about the formula or application.  Finished with topcoat.

The other polish I received is Fairbanks Arts from the 3D Magnetic Series.  This collection consists of 6 beautiful multi chrome magnetic polishes.  These all look gorgeous alone, but once you hit them with a magnet the real magic happens! Fairbanks Arts is a true tigers eye shade, brown/bronze/gold with a shift to magenta and a green-gold shade.  I used a regular bar magnet to create the magnetic effect and felt the polish reacted to it very well.  I think it will be easy to get different looks with this polish and I can't wait to try to achieve some cool effects.  I used 3 coats and finished with topcoat.
